These sample videos show some of FCI’s high-performance production machines used to cut wood, solid surface, and metals to exacting precision for our custom products. The versatility, performance, and various configurations of these machines allow us to produce all parts for products in-house.

This video show our metal cutting and bending machines used to create parts that are becoming the new industry standards for ticket counters, backscreens, podiums, base and frames. Our machines can cut anything from 22 gauge stainless up to 3/8" plate, and are all run by CNC programming. The press brake can create custom bends to meet architectural design requirements, with the advantage of precision, high throughput and better material yield. The large-table shuttle beds offer unmatched time efficiency and maximum part production.

Watch as our various CNC programmed router machines create precision parts. These high-performance machines are used to produce parts from raw wood or solid surface materials. Multi-heads and multi-tables allows for various configurations to maximize precision and production. Our machines offer the ultimate in CNC production flexibility with unique features offering synchronous, simultaneous, and quick change production.

Our panel saw machines can cut parts from raw material sheets up to 14-ft by 14-ft, one of the largest capacity tables in the industry. This gives FCI the advantage of producing more parts per sheet within the shortest timeframe to meet production requirements. These top-of-the-line machines produce precision parts and high-performance runs to stay on schedule with every part coming out as perfect as the one before.

Most panels require edgebanding, whether in laminate or vinyl material, so all panel are finished and ready for the next step in production. Edgebanding is a significant process and our machines can handle the pace and quality required for our high-production needs.
